The horse owners and trainers in Indonesia are the best to know about the lack of the formal education for the equestrian professionals in the country. That is why we all were very excited when we learned that Arthayasa’s former instructor Budi Tulodo offered to conduct a farriers clinic during his visit to Indonesia last week.

Budi used to be a senior instructor in Arthayasa before he moved to the United States with his family. While in the States Budi Tulodo continued working with horses and became a master farrier. Now, visiting Indonesia, Budi was happy to share his knowledge and experience with the farriers in his home country. Few Indonesian farriers including Arthayasa’s Dani had a great opportunity to lean more and improve their skills in a practical clinic with Budi.

The facts that the seminar was conducted in Bahasa Indonesia and Budi’s understanding of the climate conditions made this clinic unique and very useful for the participants. All of them were able to understand the theory perfectly and to apply what they learned during the clinic.

On behalf of all horse enthusiasts we would like to thank Budi for his time and efforts! Congratulations to all participants!
